User Feedback

In the application management page, click "Feedback" to enter the feedback list of the application.

Add feedback

In the application feedback list page, click the Add feedback button to enter the Add feedback page. After filling in the feedback information, you can upload the screenshot at the same time, and then click Submit to add a feedback information, and return to the list page after successfully adding.

Note: Feedback can be added not only through application management, but also in two ways:

1.In apps that integrate the SDK, use the "Shake feedback" feature to add.
2.In the PGYER iOS or Android client, you can add feedback for the applications you care about.

Feedback submitted either way can be seen and acted upon by developers in the Application Manager.

Feedback information processing

On the application feedback list page, select the feedback check box to process the feedback status. For example, you can change the feedback status to Processed in batches.

View feedback

If you need to view the detailed information of a feedback, you can directly click the feedback title on the list to display the details of the feedback.
