Precautions for special types of applications

If your application is of the following types, in addition to meeting the requirements of the audit guidelines, you also need to focus on the following considerations.

Applications include live streaming, marriage, entertainment and chat

1. Application information containing live performance, marriage and dating, entertainment and chat function modules shall not contain vulgar words such as loneliness and hooking up.
2. Apps with live performance, marriage and dating, entertainment and chat function modules shall not harass users through private messages, chat, voice, video and other functions, send harassing information to users, induce users to pay, or engage in pornographic behavior.
3. Apps with live performance, marriage and dating, entertainment and chat function modules, and games such as game points betting or guessing, shall not provide game points trading, exchange, or exchange cash or property by means of "virtual currency" or other services, and shall not provide game points transfer services such as gift and transfer between users. No facilitation for online gambling activities shall be provided.
4. Applications with live performance, marriage and dating, entertainment and chat function modules need to provide reporting functions in the corresponding modules.
5. Applications including live performance, marriage and dating, entertainment and play modules. When opening a live broadcast room, voice chat room and anchor/play god settle in, identity information needs to be verified and real-name authentication function is provided.

Applications include health services (e.g. massage, SPA, foot bath, etc.)

1. For applications containing health services, the application information and application content shall not appear vulgar, sexually suggestive, pornographic,

Applications containing health services shall not contain functional modules that directly chat with technicians, such as: online chat, comment (comment technician), telephone call (contact technician), technician contact information display, etc. Only businesses are allowed to communicate with users within the application.
3. Including the application of health services, the application needs to provide appeals and refund functions.

App includes game account sales/rental services

1. Apps with game account trading/leasing services must contain real-name authentication, and both buyers and sellers must pass real-name authentication before they can conduct transactions.
2. Applications with game account trading/rental services shall add a reminder to restrict minors' use in the product page, and restrict minors' trading or renting accounts.

App includes blind box merchandise trading

1. The application with blind box commodity trading should clearly describe whether it supports the refund of top up balance, the conditions of free delivery of goods, the proportion of commodity recovery, the probability of commodity drawing and the risk of lottery in the prominent position of the application home page, the product information page and the payment page.
2. Applications of blind box products including blind box of friends, blind box of live animals, blind box of cash, blind box of financial business activities (financial business activities generally refer to small loans, financial leasing, Internet insurance, etc.) are temporarily excluded.

App includes mobile location function

1. Apps with mobile phone location function need to remind users in an eye-catching position on the home page, add friends page or payment page that both parties need to install or pay before positioning can be achieved.
2. For an application with mobile phone location function, obtain the consent of the other party before locating others. For example, send a verification application to obtain consent and enter a verification code.
3. For apps with mobile phone location function, if the main function needs to be paid before it can be activated, the free experience function must be available before the user pays. The free experience function must be in the secondary page and must not be virtual or hidden too deeply.
4. For applications with mobile phone location function, the registration method cannot be "any number/any account name/any mobile phone number + password".

Application includes data recovery function (such as: the application includes mobile phone picture and video data recovery, chat record recovery and other functions)

1. The application with data recovery function shall ensure that the actual function is consistent with the publicity promise and shall not be a false function.
2. For applications with data recovery functions, clearly state the data range and recovery scenarios that can be recovered in the application description and payment screen.
3. Applications with data recovery functions provide appeal and refund functions.

plug-in class application

The application scope of plug-in applications must be specified in the application details.

Earn online applications

Online earning applications should express withdrawal rules in the application and ensure the authenticity of activities, and the application withdrawal conditions should not be changed at will.

App includes auction

If the application including auction needs to pay a deposit before the auction, it should be noted in the auction agreement that the full amount must be returned after the auction fails. Applications containing religion-related content (such as: applications involving religious teachings and canons, religious knowledge, religious culture, and religious activities) 1. The application name shall not use the names of religious groups, religious colleges and places of religious activities. 1. The application shall not contain commercial promotion in the name of religion, or the function or content of fundraising or distribution of religious goods. 1. If the application involves the release or dissemination of religious information, the user's real identity information needs to be verified. 1. Applications containing religious content are not recommended in principle.

App includes game training services

1. The app with game training service must contain real-name authentication, and the user must pass the real-name authentication of the ID card before he can receive the game training order.
2. Apps with game training services need to add a reminder to restrict minors' orders in the order receiving/real-name authentication page, and restrict minors' orders.

Applications include deep synthetic or generative AI services

1. Applications containing deep synthesis/generative artificial intelligence service content need to identify the generated content such as pictures and videos in the reasonable location and area of the generated or edited information content.
2. Applications containing deep synthetic/generative artificial intelligence service content need to improve the complaint and reporting mechanism and set up convenient complaint and reporting entrances.
3. Applications containing deep synthetic/generative artificial intelligence service content require real identity information authentication during registration/login, including but not limited to the use of mobile phone numbers, ID card numbers, unified social credit codes and other verifiable real-name system information.
