In order to effectively strengthen the self-discipline of the mobile Internet industry, PGYER has set up a mass reporting system, which welcomes citizens, legal persons or other organizations to participate in the reporting and supervision of illegal and bad information in mobile Internet applications. If when you experience the application, you find that the application involves illegal behaviors such as pornography, gambling and drugs, telecom fraud, infringement, improper collection and use of citizens' personal information, or all violations in violation of the PGYER Application Review Guide, you can give feedback on the application through the PGYER report system.

PGYER report application reason

1. Political (endangering national security, honor and interests, inciting subversion of state power, splitting the country, etc.);
2. Violent terrorism (advocating terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, etc.);
3. Pornography (dissemination of obscene pornography, child pornography, vulgar and other harmful information);
4. Gambling (using the Internet to bet on football and horses, game gambling, online gambling, lottery trading, etc.);
5. Fraud (using the network to commit financial crimes, blockchain digital currency transactions, high-interest lending, illegal fund-raising, pyramid schemes, brush single product, etc.);
6. Privacy category (illegal collection and use of citizens' personal information, phishing information, induced sharing, etc.);
7. Infringement (application creation infringement, unauthorized use of others' trademarks, pictures, text, etc.);
8. Other categories (other content prohibited by Internet related laws and regulations).

Report entry

1. Click the Report App link on the app download page.
2. Click the Report application link at the bottom of the PGYER official website page.
3. Click the profile picture drop-down menu at the top right corner of PGYER official website, and click the Report application link.

How to report

Enter the report application system and fill in the corresponding report information according to the prompts. When reporting illegal and undesirable information on the Internet, the reporting subject shall provide the information website corresponding to the online reporting matter or the relevant description, sample screenshots and other basic reporting materials, as well as relevant evidence materials and other reporting requirements.

Handling of reports

After the report subject successfully submits the report information on the PGYER platform, the PGYER audit Officer will process the report information. According to the report information, the content, functions and relevant qualifications of the application are reviewed in accordance with laws and regulations. If the report is successful or unsuccessful, the report results will be reported to the reporting body, and the successful app will be removed from the "PGYER App internal test distribution platform", and in serious cases, the developer account will be banned and the offending app will be reported to the relevant responsible regulatory authorities.

Precautions

1. The reporting subject shall select the reporting portal of the corresponding category according to the category of the reporting information to submit the report. If the wrong category is selected, the report submitted may be invalid; If the content of the report is garbled, the language is confused and illogical, it will also be ruled invalid.
2. Application creation infringement report, please submit the application's business license, software copyright certificate and other qualification documents or screenshots that can prove infringement.
3. The reporting subject shall be responsible for the objectivity and authenticity of the reporting subject. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the reporting subject, PGYER shall resist the malicious reporting behavior among business peers.
