Application advertising is considered a part of the application. Please ensure that the advertising displayed on your application complies with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and is suitable for the target audience of the application. Application advertisements should only be displayed within the application and should not contain illegal or misleading content, and should not be malicious or disruptive advertisements.
The display content of application advertisements should be legal and compliant, expressed in a healthy form, and have recognizability to enable consumers to distinguish it as an advertisement.
- It is necessary to clearly and prominently indicate the word "advertisement", distinguish it from other non advertising information, and not allow users to misunderstand; Advertisements that promote products or services through knowledge introduction, experience sharing, consumer evaluation, and other forms of purchase, with shopping links and other purchasing methods attached, should also prominently indicate the word "advertisement";
- It shall not contain false or misleading content, and shall not deceive, mislead, or induce users;
- For internet advertisements that need to be reviewed, they must be published strictly according to the approved content and cannot be edited, spliced, or modified;
- When publishing internet advertisements containing links, it is necessary to verify the advertising content related to front-end advertisements in the next level of links;
The pop-up of application advertisements shall not affect the user's normal operating experience, interfere with other applications, or affect the functionality of terminal devices, including but not limited to:
- It is not allowed to maliciously frequently pop up advertisements and interrupt user operations;
- It is not allowed to suddenly pop up advertisements in the functional area where users are accustomed to clicking;
- Advertisements shall not pop up when users click on system function keys such as the return button and home screen button;
- Do not pop up advertising windows outside the application;
- Advertisements should not pop up even after the application exits or closes;
- Advertisements shall not be displayed on the lock screen interface;
- Without the user's consent, request, or explicit refusal, advertisements or advertising links shall not be added to the email or internet instant messaging messages sent by the user.
When an application advertisement is clicked and redirected, using third-party applications or pages, or redirecting to other advertising pages or forms, the user should be prompted for the range and location of the click, and the user should actively choose to click on the range before redirecting or using it. Do not deceive, mislead, or force users to click on advertisements. Including but not limited to:
- It is not allowed to use full screen images, videos, etc. as jump or download links to induce users to click or cause users to accidentally click;
- There shall be no text, images, or video links that induce users to jump to other pages;
- There shall be no behavior of deceiving, misleading, or forcing users to download, install, or use third-party applications, including but not limited to using unclear guidance methods such as "whether to start the game immediately", "receiving red envelopes", "phone lagging", "power consumption too fast", "memory full", etc;
- It is not allowed to cheat and mislead users to provide personal information by means of points, rewards, discounts, etc., including but not limited to ID number, face, fingerprint and other personal information;
- It shall not contain content that may cause children to unintentionally click;
- If a page or third-party application jumps through user interaction actions such as "shaking", it is necessary to clearly indicate the triggering actions and interaction expectations that the user needs to perform. It is not allowed to set high sensitivity to lower the interaction action judgment threshold, causing misleading or forced jumps.
The application advertisement should ensure that users can close it with just one click, and provide clear, effective closing signs. The following behaviors shall not exist, including but not limited to:
- Do not provide false, invalid, or inconspicuous closure signs (such as too small or very concealed);
- Do not use inducement or misleading closure signs in advertising materials;
- Do not delay the display of the closing sign, or close the advertisement only after the countdown ends;
- Do not continue to pop up advertisements after they have been closed;
- Users must not be forced to enter personal information in order to close advertisements.
